If you're not entirely happy with the jewellery you've bought, let us know within 14 days of your purchase and return to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once we've received your goods we'll issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Rings are exempt from being returned as they are made to size to order, as well as gift cards.
If you would like to exchange your item, please do send us an email at email@example.com and we'll send you the returns address. It must also be in the original packaging. Rings are exempt from being exchanged as they are made to size to order, as well as gift cards.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send back via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK returns) or AirSure (Overseas returns). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Jewellery that's clearly been worn.
- Any item that's not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
